Give Hope

It's the Christmas season, and during this season, people are in the season of giving. In the last few years, I have had the incredible opportunity of getting acquainted and serving alongside incredible people who have devoted their lives to an organization that is loving Portland in a way that most of us either don't know how, or are uncomfortable with. (I know that was a huge run on, but I am too tired to go change it).

This fall, I had the opportunity to teach the Strengths Finder for 4 weeks to both men in PRM's recovery program and to women in the recovery program at Shepherd's door. It was life changing for me and I am so grateful that I had that opportunity. If you are looking for a place to serve or to give, this is a great place to do it. Please watch the video that I have linked here. Three of the women and one of the men whose stories are in this video were in the strengths classes I taught and they are wonderful! And having recently graduated--- they now have hope. Something that they did not have before they came to this place. Please support PRM in the GOOD work that they are doing. And watch this video.
